Two ways we work

Most jobs don't need anyone in your driveway. Some do — and either way, the choice is yours.

Remote support

Security assessments, check-ups, and consulting usually don't require a visit. We connect over a secure remote session or video call, at a time you book in advance.

You watch your own screen the whole time and we explain each step as we go, so nothing happens to your computer that you didn't see and understand. When we're done, you get a short plain-English summary of what changed.

Mobile visits

When a network needs hands-on setup — hardening a router, configuring devices, or patient in-person guidance for someone who'd rather not do it over video — we come to you, anywhere within 50 miles of Panama City.

For anyone who simply learns better with someone sitting beside them — especially older adults and families — the in-person visit is often the most reassuring way to work. Patient, unhurried, and always in plain language.

Peace of mind

Rest easy, we're on watch.™

Every session is transparent, every recommendation is explained, and nothing is ever done to your devices without your say-so. That's the standard of the watch — and it's the standard here.

I’m so happy we reached out to Andrew at Watchstander. We went with the senior digital safety visit. He arrived on time and was very professional without speaking in technical mumbo jumbo. He never rushed us, spoke plainly and took great care in explaining why and how digital safety was so important. We learned so much from him and appreciated his kind and patient demeanor throughout the visit. We honestly hope other seniors consider using his services to learn how to protect ourselves online. Highly recommend his services.
