Setting up to two new or refurbished computers, tablets, or phones the right way from day one, in a 90-minute visit at your home: applying updates, removing risky default settings, and establishing a security baseline (screen lock, encrypted backups, password manager, and MFA) so the device starts its life protected rather than getting secured later after something goes wrong.
Best for Anyone setting up a new or refurbished device who wants it locked down properly.

Network security review
$95/hr billed to the nearest quarter hour
A deeper look at an existing network for households or small offices that already have a setup but want it checked: reviewing firewall and router configuration, spotting exposed services and weak points, checking for unknown devices, and recommending a prioritized set of fixes. Ideal after a move-in, a scare, or simply to know where you stand.
Best for Anyone who wants an existing network professionally assessed.

Home visits: travel is free within 20 miles of Panama City. Beyond that, it’s $0.72 per mile, counted round trip, up to 50 miles away — billed separately after booking, not part of the price above.

No — we work with the router and devices you already have. We don’t sell or install hardware; if something is a genuine limiting factor, we’ll tell you plainly and let you decide what to do about it.
Will you need my Wi-Fi password or router login?
You type any passwords or logins yourself while we look away. We never ask for or keep them.
Which service do I need — the Wi-Fi security setup or the Network security review?
The Wi-Fi setup builds strong security into a network from scratch. The Network security review checks a setup you already trust and hands you a prioritized list of fixes.
Will I lose internet access during the visit?
Possibly for a minute or two while the router restarts after changes — we’ll let you know before touching any settings.
What if the network security review turns up more than expected?
It’s billed by the hour, so you can add time as needed — either during the visit or afterward.
