A 60-minute session at your pace, by video call or at your home, on whatever you want to feel more confident about: spotting scam emails and texts, using a password manager, safe online shopping and banking, or just understanding what all those security pop-ups actually mean. No question is too basic, and nothing is rushed. Best for adults 55 and older who want unhurried, judgment-free help — though open to any adult. Packs of four are $175 by video call, or $249 at home.

Group classes for community organizations
$199 60 minutes · $249 for 90 minutes
Cyber safety and security basics taught in person for community groups — libraries, senior centers, churches, and clubs around Bay County. Sessions are interactive and plain-spoken, covering how to spot the scams actually going around right now and simple habits that keep everyone safer. One flat price covers your whole group, however many people attend.

Home visits and classes: travel is free within 20 miles of Panama City. Beyond that, it’s $0.72 per mile, counted round trip, up to 50 miles away — billed separately after booking, not part of the price above.

Is this hands-on, or will you just tell me what to do?
Genuinely hands-on — you do the clicking while being walked through it, at whatever pace you need. No question is too basic.
What if my one-on-one session runs over the hour?
One-on-one sessions have a hard stop at the end of the hour rather than paid overtime. If you need more time, book a follow-up session or a 4-pack.
Is the session recorded?
Only if you’d like a copy for your own reference. We ask permission before recording and again on the recording itself — it’s entirely optional.
Do the 4-packs expire?
Yes — they’re good for 12 months from purchase, and unused sessions aren’t refunded.
Where do group classes take place?
We come to your location — a library, senior center, church, or club meeting space — anywhere within the travel range above.
What if we need to reschedule a group class?
Free with at least 7 days’ notice. With less notice, we’ll work with you case by case.
