A relaxed, in-person session focused on staying safe online: recognizing scam calls, texts, and emails; setting up parental controls for younger family members; and hands-on, unhurried coaching for anyone who learns best by doing it themselves with someone patient beside them. No jargon, no rushing.

Home visits: travel is free within 20 miles of Panama City. Beyond that, it’s $0.72 per mile, counted round trip, up to 50 miles away — billed separately after booking, not part of the price above.
If it’s for someone other than the person paying, we confirm with them directly and get a verbal yes at the door before starting. For a visit involving a child’s device, a parent or guardian stays present the whole time.
